ARRIVAL:
yOU’RE NOW NO LONGER NEEDS TO arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, BUT PLEASE BE ON TIME. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer full treatment. you will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
CANCELLATION:
For all booking please allow a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes to your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice we reserve the right to charge the full amount. Star Therapy has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice.
