Q: How do i make a reservation?

A: For appointment, please contact 0742 768 7874.

Q: How should i prepare for my massage session?

A: Nothing to worries, we will advise you pond your arrival.

Please be on time.

You’re now NO longer needs to arrive 15 prior your appointment start time.

Try to avoid eating a big meal. 

Q: Do I need to provide a medical history?

A: Yes, this is for your own safety. So our staff can advise which services is best for you. 

Q: Can i shower at star therapy?

A: No, we do not provide a shower for our customer. Please note, our therapist will be applying a special THAI BALM for your muscle to relax. 

Q: What is the dress code? 

A: For our treatment that applied oil. You will be asked to remove  your clothing expect your underwear. Other non-oil treatment you will be asked to change into our robe. 

Q: Cancellation policy?

A: A minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or changing your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice we have the right to charge the full amount. Star Therapy has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice.

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers? 

A: Yes, we sell gift vouchers at the store for special occasion ( Christmas, birthday, graduation, baby shower, and etc)

Q: If I'm  pregnant is it safe to massage?

A: Yes, we offer a special pregnant massage only after 14 weeks pregnancy. * CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE BOOKING THE SESSION *

Q: Do you provide a sexual services? 

A: No, we do not provide any sexual services. Customer are not allow to show his or her private part. By all means this is not a sexual services and we have the right to refuse and reject any customer without the option to refund.
